We will have a catered dinner at the famous Luckenbach Dance
Hall on Friday April 15th, 2005 and we'll have a band and dancing. This year,
although you may still mail in your check for dinner, we also have online
payment so you won't have to hassle with stuffing an envelope.
NOTE: April 1st, 2005
is the last day you may purchase dinner tickets. We must notify the caterers at
Luckenbach 2 weeks prior to the event. If you don't purchase your tickets
before April 1st, 2005, you will not be able to attend the dinner. Please keep
this in mind.

Chicken and beef fajitas with peppers and onions
Flour tortillas

Serving lines will be open at 6:30 PM
Recognition and awards will begin as soon as last person clears the buffet line
Dance hall is ours until midnight
Band
The Luckenbach Irregulars will be playing from 8:00 PM to Midnight. The band
consists of such names as B.B. Morse, Cowboy Doug Davis, Roger Moon, Bart
Trotter and Ron Knuth. Trotter has been named National Championship Fiddler six
times.
The group’s members individually have provided musical backup in studios and on
the road for stars such as Merle Haggard, Willie Nelson, Darrell McCall and
Arkey Blue.
Cost
The cost for dinner, the band, and the use of the dance hall is $21.00 per
person.
